Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Carrier delays, weather or high demand can sometimes slow delivery. If your order runs late, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it before your order ships.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.

Any import duties or taxes that apply in your country are shown at checkout where possible. Otherwise, the carrier may collect them on delivery.
